Attendees will be divided into small break-out groups led by business development experts to write a plan. Facilitators will discuss key components of business development including:

- Mining Your Contacts
The end result is a written plan tailored to the associates’ interests, skills, practice, and contacts; along with a deeper understanding of how to leverage the plan to benefit their personal career goals, their firm’s bottom line, and their clients’ interests.
4:45PM to 6:00PM | Panel and Q&A
Hear from a panel of recently elected partners from various firm sizes, practice areas, and backgrounds as they discuss how they successfully implemented their business plans and offer candid, practical advice and anecdotes. This panel will conclude with a Q&A session allowing attendees to ask panelists questions.
