This program will examine the creation of metrics and analyses that guide diversity and inclusion efforts. We will also review the types of data clients ask for and how they interpret results.
About our faculty:
Sarah Babineau, SHRM-CP, PHR is founder and Managing Partner of Compass Metrics. Sarah is a subject matter expert in Affirmative Action and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Prior to launching Compass Metrics , Sarah co-led the firm wide Diversity & Inclusion Department of a major Boston law firm where she was responsible for collection and analysis of data pertaining to employment activities and internal opportunities of diverse lawyers from summer associates to partner. Sarah’s work focused on providing a forum for individuals at all levels in the firm to connect and discuss diversity and inclusion through education and awareness. Sarah has also held positions at Partners Healthcare (Affirmative Action Compliance) and Sapient (Manager, EEO / Affirmative Action Compliance and Diversity). Sarah is the founding co-chair of the Boston Bar Association’s Committee for Attorneys with Disabilities and their Professional Allies and a member of the BBA’s Diversity & Inclusion Section Steering Committee.
