From the BBA:
Presented by the Appeals Court Clerk's Office, civil practitioners are encouraged to learn about the opportunity to electronically file briefs and appendices, as well as other documents, in the Appeals Court through a new third-party vendor, Tyler Technologies, without having to file paper versions. This program will cover the basics of registering your firm with the vendor, the many types of documents accepted for efiling, and how to properly format your documents for electronic submission. This new pilot program is limited to civil, non-impounded appeals and is different and distinct from the ongoing practice of receiving electronic notice of Appeals Court decisions, in which many attorneys already participate. It is anticipated that this pilot will be expanded to cover additional types of documents, cases, and courts in the future, so sign-up to start efiling now.
