Description:

This training will provide an overview of the state and federal laws that protect employees in the work place, with a focus on private remedies.  Training will cover the protections available under various statutes and regulations governing minimum wage, work hours, independent contractor misclassification, and the new Earned Sick Time law.  Presented by Cynthia Mark, chief of Attorney General Healey’s Fair Labor Division, together with Fair Labor Division staff.
